Copy file to shared printer UNC path (Access is denied)

I ran into this problem when i had to print labels from our Terminal server, a dos window, logged in as administrator worked perfect. but when i tried with as a domain user nothing worked. Have a look at this:

Group Policy Printers 4098 0x80070bc4 Der blev ikke fundet en printer.

0x80070005 Adgang nægtet.

0x80070704 Den angivne port kendes ikke.
